Garay Cooperative Network (GCN) is a San Diego–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit building a cooperative ecosystem in California’s Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZs). Operating under PEACE Schools Network (EIN: 85-1165021), GCN integrates renewable energy, nutrition and food, education, affordable housing, fabrication and mining, and robotics into one interconnected, community-owned framework

Garay Cooperative Network addresses six interconnected community priorities—renewable energy, nutrition and food, education, affordable housing, fabrication and mining, and robotics. Rather than operating as separate programs, these pillars work together as one community-owned cooperative system designed to create economic opportunity, innovation, and long-term neighborhood resilience.
