Robotics & Artificial Intelligence

Garay Cooperative Network’s Robotics & AI pillar connects students, families, and community members with hands-on robotics, AI-supported learning, and pathways into the industries of tomorrow. Through Guiding Star Academy, Learning Hubs, service robotics, and industry partnerships, participants build practical skills while exploring how technology can improve education, work, and community life.

Why It Matters

Artificial intelligence and robotics are transforming education and the workforce. GCN focuses on human-centered technology—helping underserved youth and families gain early access to tools, mentorship, project-based learning, and career pathways that can lead to long-term economic opportunity.

Youth Robotics & AI Learning

Students explore coding, robotics, computer vision, data science, and AI through hands-on projects. Activities can include VEX robotics, service robots, community science, student portfolios, and AI used as a research and reflection partner.
