Alejandro — LEAD101 | Module 1: Introduction to Cooperative Leadership

As Gaby worked through this learning activity, I helped her take it one step at a time. We looked at the brain diagrams together, talked about how neurons communicate, and connected what she was learning about sleep and the brain to everyday life. I encouraged her to ask questions and explain the ideas in her own words. I was there to support her, but she did the thinking and learning herself. I’m proud of her effort and curiosity.

Today, Gaby worked on the topic “How My Brain Influences My Behavior.” She created a poster explaining how the temporal lobe and hippocampus help us when we study for an exam. She showed how we take in information by reading, seeing, and hearing; how the brain helps form memories; and how we try to recall what we learned later.
I’m proud to see her learning about the brain and connecting the lesson to something familiar: , I’m supporting her as she builds her understanding and shares what she learns through the Learning Hub.

In Module 1 of LEAD101, Alejandro explores the foundations of cooperative leadership and reflects on how leadership is strengthened through collaboration, shared responsibility, and a common purpose.
